This is the reflection of my neighbor's flag on the wet sidewalk. Luke took this picture and I really like it. It makes me think of how I can reflect the American flag in my own life. Pretty deep just from a picture.
There's something noble and inspiring about the American flag that I absolutely love. I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe it's the colors red, white and blue. And all the things the flag stand for: freedom, justice, equality. There are several flags flying in my neighborhood and I'm grateful they are there. Ava and her friend Coral dressed up as ballerina's and danced around the neighborhood. Here's some pictures of them.

This is Elle, Ava's friend. They love to look at bugs together, then run away screaming at the tops of their lungs! The Dora sprinkler, pretty crazy stuff.
This is Tristan, he lives right next door. He and Ava love to play together, sometimes they even run off and hide together, making it difficult on us parents to find them!

Hey Jen, both yours and Kristy's patriotic posts would make Grandma beam with pride!
