One week left!

Ok so this is Luke and I'm just way excited for the football season to start!!!

Cupcakes

I made this cupcake tray thing from two different colored/sized plates. Then I super glued a vase upside down on the bottom and a funny little sorbet cup in between.

I got all the supplies from the DI for only $3.50!

I also have to thank Michelle for the idea. I think I'm going to make another one but with a Christmas theme!

Hiking Y Mountain!

On Thursday August 19th we hiked the Y as a family activity. It was the perfect day for a hike because the sun was behind the clouds. Thankfully not too hot! We made it up the mountain in about 45 minutes. Luke carried Tess in the backpack and I helped Ava along. At the top we had a picnic lunch then headed back down the mountain. It was a lot faster going down and as we descended rain began to softly fall from the sky. The rain cooled us off and was an excellent addition to our hike. We made it back to the car just as the heavy, dark rain clouds threatened to pour down on us. Turned out to be a great day!

Garden Party

We had such a fun time today at the Thanksgiving Point Gardens with all my and Ava and Tessie's cousins! I only took these three pictures though. But I love the first one. What a fun group we have! I love my family!

The Red Desk

We took the girls down to Provo for this photo shoot. The inspiration came from the red desk I found this week at the DI. I loved it at first sight and knew I wanted to use it for "back to school" shots. Luke liked how much these pictures turned out that he's now offering a back to school special for kids. A free 15 minute photography session with or without the red desk, whatever your preference. After the session you'll be able to order prints through him.
